Coronation Starscream
This was my first third party Transformer purchase. The add-on set for Universe Starscream included the crown, shoulder pads, cape, and blasters seen in the picture above. Also included in the set were replacement wing hinges which let you hide the wings behind him, but I liked the look of him without the modification. It also came with a Go-Bots Leader-1 style replacement head, if you ever wanted a new version of Leader-1. Boring stuff aside, this set is great, it really transformed Screamer into the version of him in the old movie, right before Galvatron reduced him to a pile of ash.
Kup (I couldn't get a good picture of this one for the life of me)
This one is just a replacement head, or rather two replacement heads. One with the cy-gar as seen in some of the IDW comics, such as All Hail Megatron, and one without. This set was not absolutely necessary, but it adds a lot of character to the old geezer. Sitting the old head next to one of the new ones makes the old one look like it belongs to some random dead Autobot, where there's no mistaking that determined expression on Kup's face in the new ones.
Blesser
This one is very special to me. Third party Transformer company Fansproject released this one as a fundraiser benefiting the relief efforts for Japan after the earthquakes and tsunami. To qualify to receive one all that was needed to be done was provide a screenshot of your receipt of a charitable donation of $15 or more to the relief efforts through the Red Cross or similar groups. Fansproject covered all shipping costs and this little guy was limited to just 1500 pieces. For more info on this project, click here. There was some anticipation with this one, as I had no idea if I was getting one or not until I found it in my mailbox. He came with a card with some nice artwork on one side, and some stats on the other.
Yeah, that's my name listed as the "Human Partner". An unnecessary, but very cool touch. As the card indicates he turns into a "double barreled extinguisher rifle". I decided to partner him with Reveal the Shield Bumblebee.
Scouting Force X (Reflector)
This set was a doozy on my checking account compared to the others here, but I have no regrets. This set was released by third party company Perfect Effect. These three little guys are an homage to G1 Reflector, with some extra bits of flare. They are pretty short, but considering they are scouts I find it acceptable. They are armed to the teeth and for three almost identical bots, they are very distinguishable from each other given their different ordinance. The engineering blows my mind. They combine to form a camera, just like G1 Reflector.
Like I said, these guys are very well armed. One comes with what looks like a sniper rifle, rocket shoulders, and a riot shield. Another comes with a minigun and a massive jetpack. The third, which is the leader of the three, comes with two rifles and some armor plating for his arms and shoulders. each of the three have their own knife as well. In bot and camera modes all gear can be equipped or hidden, which is always a nice touch.
Optimus Prime's War Axe
This was a nice touch for War for Cybertron Optimus. It's the same weapon that he had in the video game, and while I usually get annoyed when they give a bot some sort of bladed weapon instead of a blaster, this adds a bit of flavor to a pretty nice version of Optimus.
That's about it, if you want more craptastic pictures of the above, all the ones that were remotely identifiable can be found at the following album.
